Whole person wellness focuses on physical fitness, healthy eating and enriching the soul.  Physical changes are only temporary, but finding true joy is found in finding purpose.

Body and Soul Fitness is a ministry run by Tammy Galbraith.  Tammy is a trained personal trainer with qualifications in nutrition.  In addition to this, Tammy is a trained Bible teacher with a degree in theology and in teaching.
